A Milestone in Our Digital Transformation Journey
1 September 2026 marked an important milestone for Paradise Private Hospital as we officially went LIVE with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, following months of collaboration across Units.
The new ERP system is an important step towards streamlining our operations, improving how we manage and connect our processes across the hospital.
Dr. Robin Sios described the Go-Live as a significant milestone for PPH, encouraging staff to embrace the new system and make the most of it as a tool to safeguard our operations.
Mrs. Janet Sios said: “It has been a long journey, and we thank all the departments for their contribution and support.”
Virtual Flex, the implementing vendor, highlighted that implementing a new system requires time and collaboration.
“It hasn’t been easy, as we have also been adjusting to the system here in PNG. It takes a lot of patience, so thank you for having that patience.”
